Abiramam Trust (AT) was formed in 2021 with the objective of providing professional vocational skill development education to enhance job opportunity in rural areas located in and around the Abiramam Town. Abiramam is located in Ramanathapuram District, which is identified as one of the most backward (aspirational) districts in India. The town is also close to Virudhunagar District which is another such backward (aspirational) districts in India. AT’s initiative to provide skill development to rural students serves India’s most backward districts located in Tamilnadu State.
Vision: Our Main and Ultimate Vision is to provide nationally and internationally recognised professional and vocational skill development education to rural youth to enable them to enter the job market and contribute to the society. The long-term vision is to develop into a premier skill development institute in India.
Institutes: To fulfil the vision and mission, AT has formed two institutes in 2022 to provide skill development in specific sectors.
Objectives of A.T.Institute of Allied Health & paramedics & Skill Development
The Mission of A.T. Institute of Allied Healthcare & Paramedics is to offer Nationally competitive and internationally recognised opportunities for learning, discovery, and engagement to diverse population of students in a real-world setting. As a knowledge resource to the students, the Institute builds partnerships with other educational institution Like Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS) – School of Vocational Education, Premier Hospitals in Tamilnadu, Community Organization, Government Agencies (NSDC, TNSDC), and the Private Sector to Serve the Region and Impact the World.

OTHER CAMPUS
Chennai / Madurai. Depending on the location of the OJT, ATI AHP will operate campus at these cities as required.
